Worker ants are female. They are clones of one another created in the image of their queen. These carpenter ants symbolize matriarchy and womanhood. They gingerly hold up an eyeball upright. They are tending to it like it is their duty. In a human organism, thoughts can work similarly. They are working hard to bring to focus on what is essential. It is common for us to lose sight of this. In the deepest of human thought, we always know what is benevolent and what is harmful. Unlike ants, sometimes we will still turn a blind eye to the truth.
